Factory Overview

The production unit of ARS Metals Ltd. is located in Gummidipoondi, an Industrial zone of the North Chennai. The Factory spread over 14 acres of land with adequate covered area for production unit and administrative purposes. With ample water and power, the production unit is highly self sufficient enough to upgrade and scale up its production and quality as and when required. Right from the day of its emergence, ARS metals had strived to keep up with the latest of technologies to ensure production of best products in the industry. As of now the company utilizes a combination of technologies from America and Belgium to produce steel products of the highest quality.

The company has state-of-the-art machinery that employs latest techniques to produce high quality TMT bars and steel billets. The latest addition to the production unit is a sophisticated machine from Belgium. It is a large speed mill that has the production capacity of over 20 m/sec and has a capacity of 108000 MT/annum. TEMPCORE technology, which is superior to other process of creating TMT bars, is being used to produce one of the most wanted products of the company branded as ARS Power.

The CNC unit of the repeater-based billet mill has a three-zone soaking cum heating furnace, which is controlled by microprocessor based PLC controllers for producing precision and high quality steel billets.

ARS metals takes pride in its state of being one of the most advanced steel manufacturing units in Southern India. Not only is the company one of the largest integrated steel plants with in the entire South India, but it has also been certified with ISO 9002 certification.ffffffffffffffffff
